Public limited company EKE INVEST was established in 1993 to merge the long-term financial investments of the former Estonian major construction company of rural areas EKE into one management company. During its existence of more than 10 years, EKE INVEST has developed existing companies and set up new ones in order to put several different development projects into practice.

EKE INVEST has also been the initiator and founder of many companies with foreign holding and thus, providing its partners access to the local Estonian market as well as neighbouring markets and also the use of local resources.
