PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY EKE (AS EKE) is the legal successor of the Estonian Inter-Collective Farms’ Construction Organisation founded in 1962, which operated under different names (“Estonian Collective Farm Construction” from 1972-1987, “Estonian Village Construction” from 1987-1989 and private limited company EKE (OÜ EKE) from 1990-1992). The public limited company is a management company, which also engages in the management of real estate and financial investments acquired in previous years in addition to planning new projects mainly related to real estate management.
